Upload - Information about uploading / sending files is listed in the F.A.Q. / The quality of the recordings, the arrangement, all files need for the service, ownership of materials, correctly prepared and sent, notes & requests are included, are all responsibilities of the client /customer.
Turnaround Time - Standard times are 5-10 days / Express / Rush times are 3-5 days, all these times are subject upon starting when the required payment is made.

Free shipping:
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $150 shipped within North America. ** THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BULK / WHOLESALE ORDERS **
International shipping:
International shipments may or / may not incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Returns / Refund Policy:
We only accept return/exchange on orders that came defective, products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags & in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of delivery date. Photos of damage items will be required. Contact: soarrecordingsproduction@gmail.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if there should be a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible to provide the correct Shipping / Delivery address.
The manufacture address is listed on the Package.
It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
